Reservations Required for Boarding & Daycare
To ensure we have proper staffing levels to best care for all pets, reservations are required for boarding & daycare. Please make reservations through our app. If you are new to The Red barn Inn, please create an account and call the office for a meet and greet day. Please know that no-show reservations will be charged at the full daily rate. Multiple no-show appointments will result in termination of daycare and boarding privileges.

Dog Daycare
Reservations Required via our app or online booking. Daily care for your loved pets while you're at work or away.

Boarding prices are for pets sharing one unit. Individual prices would apply if boarded in separate units.
Third Dog
Boarding prices are for pets sharing one unit. Individual prices would apply if boarded in separate units.
Late Check Out
Boarders who are picked up during the afternoon pick-up slot will be charged an afternoon check out fee of $20 (rather then a full day of daycare which is $36).
Holiday Boarding
Boarding During Holidays - $30 additional per pet on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day so we can compensate our staff with pay for caring for pets on the holidays away from their families. This charge is applicable even if you're dropping off/picking up on the holiday.
Deposit Required
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your boarding reservation. Your reservation is not officially confirmed until the deposit has been received and you have received conformation of your appointment.
The remaining balance is due at the time of your pups pick up.
Cancelation Or Adjustment To Boarding Policy
A minimum of 72 hours advance notice is required for any changes to or cancelation of a boarding reservation, including arriving later than scheduled or picking up earlier than scheduled. If the changes requested are with less than 72 hours notice, the original reservation will be charged in full, with no adjustments to the invoice for unused boarding time.
