To ensure we have proper staffing levels to best care for all pets, reservations are required for boarding & daycare. Please make reservations through our app or at our website. If you are new to The Red barn Inn, please sign up for a Trial Day in our app. Please know that no-show reservations will be charged at the full daily rate. Multiple no-show appointments will result in termination of daycare and boarding privileges.

Boarders who are picked up during the afternoon pick-up slot will be charged for a half-day daycare at $22. This is similar to a “late checkout” at a hotel.
Boarding During Holidays - $30 additional per pet on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day so we can compensate our staff with double-time pay for caring for pets on the holidays away from their families. This charge is applicable even if you're dropping off/picking up on the holiday.
A deposit of 50% of the estimated stay is required for boarding. Appointments cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation will result in a loss of the deposit. No-show for boarding or day care will result in full charge for reservation. Hence, a credit card is required on file for all reservations. Boarding is billed based on the original reservation or the actual days stayed, whichever is greater.
